General provisions
Nebo is a graphic design trade business (hereinafter referred to as Nebo), owned by Doris Toić, based in Rijeka, at the following address Giuseppe Carabino 11, registration number: 98201018.
These General Terms and Conditions determine the relationship between the customer and the seller and relate to the ordering, payment, delivery, complaints, return and delivery of the product, as well as to all other online shopping-related issues.
Any adult and legally capable person who accepts these General Terms and Conditions can become a customer. Minors may order products only with the consent of their legal representative.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the customer declares that all information provided about herself/himself is true and complete, that she/he is an authorized credit card user, that she/he has legal capacity, and that there are no known obstacles to purchasing products through the Nebo online store.
It is considered that the customer is familiar with the General Terms and Conditions with every transaction he/she makes through the Nebo webshop and that you he/she agrees to all offered terms of business and purchase without restrictions.
Nebo shall not bear any responsibility if the customer has not previously been acquainted with the Terms of Purchase and Business Operations.
Registration and signing in
Any adult and minor can register on the Nebo Web Shop, but registration is not mandatory.
When signing in and registering as a Web Shop user, every customer is obliged to provide correct and accurate information. In the event of the provision of incorrect and inaccurate data, Nebo shall not bear the consequences for the situations that arise as a result and shall have the right to deny access and provision of all or part of its services to the customer.
Conclusion of the contract
The products’ purchase and sale contract entered into by and between the customer and Nebo is considered concluded upon receipt of payment for the product ordered on Nebo’s account…
Payment for the products ordered may be executed by paying the amount to the bank account of Nebo via e-banking or a general payment slip.
Prices
Through this webshop, it is possible to order and buy all the products offered by Nebo in a simple manner. Each product contains a detailed description and has a price attached to it.
Prices are given in HRK excluding VAT, as Nebo is not in the VAT system according to Art. 90 paragraph 2 of the Law on VAT.
The applicable currency is Croatian kuna (HRK). The prices, payment terms, and special offers are valid only at the time of ordering and/or payment and are subject to change without notice.
You can view the prices in euros by selecting the currency in the upper right corner.
Order and purchase procedure
If the customer wants to buy a certain product, she/he should click on “Add to Cart” to add the product to their cart. Once the customer has added one or more products to the cart, she/he should click on the “View Cart” page to see what is in their cart. On the “Cart” page, there is a table with product details (name, price, quantity). The customer can change the quantity of the product from her/his cart by clicking on the “-” or “+” sign in the “Quantity” column. After changing the quantity, the customer should click on the “Update Cart” button to view the new cart status. On this page, the customer can also indicate the type of delivery. When the customer is satisfied with the products in the cart and wants to proceed to payment, she/he should click on the “Go to Payment” button.
Payment
In order for the customer to make a payment for the products in her/his shopping cart, she/he should click on the Payment page. In order to place an order, it is necessary to enter the required data in the order form.
After filling in the data and selecting the delivery, the customer should click on the “Order” button to confirm his/her order. A window will then open showing a completed general payment slip with a bar code for mobile scanning. The same payment slip will be emailed.
Payments shall be made exclusively to the bank account of Nebo, via e-banking or general payment slip.
After the payment is received, the product ordered shall be sent.
If for some reason, Nebo is not able to deliver the ordered product, our staff will contact the customer by phone for further agreement.
If in such a case, the customer decides to cancel the order, the seller shall return the money paid to the customer no later than 15 days upon the conclusion of the agreement over the phone.
If the customer refuses to receive the ordered and purchased goods which have been delivered in an undamaged state, the shall seller has the right to ask the customer to reimburse the costs associated with the order and delivery of goods to the customer’s address.
Privacy Policy
Nebo undertakes to provide protection of customers’ personal data contained in the questionnaire forms. Every customer shall have the option to decide whether or not they want their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data shall be strictly kept and shall be only available to employees who need this data for professional purposes.

No content of this website may be reproduced, shared, distributed, displayed, or used in any way without Nebo’s permission.
Nebo bears no responsibility in case of infringement of copyrights related to the use of photographs, images, texts, and other materials submitted by the customer for the purpose of printing on the products in question. The customer guarantees that the submitted content on the materials does not violate any criminal regulations.
The customer undertakes to refrain from unauthorized reproduction, sale, or use of the seller’s products or any part of such products for its own promotion.
About the products
The products offered on this webshop are owned by Nebo.
The colors of the product images may deviate from the original products, due to the monitor settings on the customer’s screen, differences in vision, and color recognition.

DELIVERY TO CROATIA
Delivery to the customer’s address

- delivery information shall be sent by the delivery service
Delivery via Tisak Kiosk
- price: € 2.8
- within 6 business days upon the day, payment is made to the seller’s account- the nearest kiosk can be selected at the Kiosk Locator when placing an order.
- possibility of picking up the product at any time during the working hours of the kiosk after receiving an SMS message about the arrival of the package
- the deadline for picking up the package at the point of sale is 5 days
- the status of the shipment may be followed at the TRACK & TRACE link.
QUESTIONS AND NOTES
- All questions related to the order, as well as those related to deliveries made abroad, may be sent to kontakt.nebo@gmail.com
- The products shall be stacked and packaged in such a way that all potential damage during transportation shall be avoided.
- Weekends and holidays shall not be included in the delivery time.
Product-related complaints
The customer shall be obliged to check the condition of the ordered product immediately upon its receipt. In the event of damages caused during transportation, the customer shall have the right to return the product to the courier service immediately or alternatively refuse to pick it up.
The customer shall have the right to lodge a complaint within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
The customer shall have the right to return the product in the following situations:
- if they receive a product that has not been ordered
- if the delivered product is damaged or has a defect not related to transportation
- in other cases in accordance with the respective legal acts.
In the case of return of goods, the customer shall be obliged to send a justified complaint to Nebo in writing by e-mail to: kontakt.nebo@gmail.com or by mail to Giuseppe Carabino 11, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia. The customer shall be obliged to send the complaint together with the enclosed product and invoice and return it to the above-mentioned address at his/her own expense.
Consumer complaint handling
Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 41/14), we inform consumers that they may submit a notice of dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service in writing by mail to the address: kontakt.nebo @ gmail.com or to the e-mail address: 11 Giuseppe Carabina.
The trader undertakes to respond to complaints in writing within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Complaining parties shall be obliged to leave their first name, surname, and address so that the complaint may be properly addressed.
Dispute resolution
All potential disputes shall be resolved in an agreement between Nebo and the customer. If, however, this is not possible, disputes shall be resolved at the competent court in Rijeka.
